Global Head of Reward & HR Operations

Our client, a global fintech, is hiring a Global Head of Rewards & HR Operations, a newly created role to drive the unification of several functions. With the goal of increasing efficiency better embedding and utilizing their HR tech stack and further improving HR service levels.

This role will lead a team of 10 in multiple international locations, reporting to the CHRO and engaging with C-Suite leaders to navigate this transformation. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of compensation, benefits, payroll, HR Operations, HRIS and analytics. You will shape these critical functions to align with business goals and elevate operational effectiveness.

We are seeking a strong HR Operations leaders experienced in establishing or evolving a function. Adept at managing a team, guiding stakeholders through change and truly embedding HR tech into core processes.
