HR Analyst
Our client is a commercial real estate firm looking to hire an HR Analyst who will provide broad generalist support to the business of over 300 employees domestically. Reporting to the Head of HR and working alongside a small team, this hire will support onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and invoicing, HRIS data management, and will generally serve as a resource to employees.
The firm is seeking a year or two of broad HR experience, ideally in relevant professional services environments. An understanding of both exempt and non-exempt employee populations is helpful. This is an excellent opportunity to hone skills in a professional environment and will offer growth and the ability to take on more over time.
The firm is based in Midtown and offers several remote days a month.
