Our client, a well-known Singapore-headquartered organization within the Education sector, is recruiting for a Senior Manager (Talent Acquisition). The ideal candidate is a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional who has prior leadership/team management experience. The primary focus of this role is to drive recruitment efforts to meet business goals, as well as to elevate the Talent Acquisition function.

What is the role about?

As the team lead, you will manage direct reports and oversee the recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization (including school principals, educators, administrative staff and more). You will also be required to manage and provide accurate reporting, data analysis, and to manage stakeholder relationships within the organization. Notably, if you are adept at driving change, this role will be particularly interesting since you will have a platform to make proposals aimed at refining and elevating the TA strategy. This organization places a strong emphasis in developing a strong employer brand, hence, you will also have the opportunity to dive into and lead various Employer Branding efforts, and to implement best-in-class practices. This role requires you to be consultative, and to closely partner with various hiring managers to understand the business and teams’ needs, to refine the recruitment strategy. As change happens, you will also need to partner closely with your HR, TA teams as well as the business stakeholders to address their knowledge gaps for recruitment.

Experience Required

Min. 10 – 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Ideally, you have a strong track record and prior experience in managing a team of recruiters.

As the organization recruits for a number of positions throughout the year (internship positions/entry-level/mid to senior and management levels), you should be able to clearly articulate your ability and prior experience in handling the full spectrum of recruitment.

Experience and knowledge of the education/early childhood sector is an advantage, however we welcome applications from candidates who have demonstrated success in other industries.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with stakeholders across different levels.
