Reward & Benefits Manager – Ready to Lead & Build

Are you a reward and benefits expert seeking a challenge? This standalone role offers the opportunity to step up and take ownership, shape strategy, and build a high-impact reward function from the ground up.

As the Reward & Benefits Manager, you will design, implement, and manage the firm’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This is a unique opportunity to drive change, make strategic decisions, and establish best practices while working alongside the wider People team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a reward and benefits strategy aligned with the firm’s goals.
  • Review and refine compensation structures and benefits offerings to maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Act as the firm’s subject matter expert on all reward and benefits matters, providing guidance to leadership and the wider People team.
  • Oversee salary review processes, including benchmarking, bonus recommendations, and Board proposals.
  • Manage third-party relationships, including benefits brokers and payroll providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
  • Analyse market trends and internal data to drive continuous improvement in reward strategies.
  • Lead on reward-related projects and contribute to broader people initiatives, including diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in benefits administration, contract renewals, and payroll oversight.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach-able to both design and execute initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in benchmarking, compensation analysis, and market trends.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience integrating diversity and inclusion considerations into reward strategies.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, eager to take ownership and build something impactful.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional ready to make their mark. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-autonomy role where you can shape and lead the reward function, I’d love to hear from you.
