Regional HR Lead/Senior HRBP

Our client is a global, high-growth firm looking to identify a Senior HRBP who will operate as the US regional HR lead within a global team. The role will report to the Head of HR with one direct report, partners across various COEs, and a cohort of US leadership stakeholders.

The firm envisions this person ideally bringing a mix of experience from smaller growth environments and larger, global ones. Experience operating as a strategic HR partner while remaining hands on with execution is critical to success. Financial/professional services experience is preferred.

The firm is based in downtown Boston and a local hire would ideally spend a few days a week in office.
