The team has significant experience in national and international corporate M&A matters, are well positioned to provide strategic, business-focused legal advice on complex domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. The team has a broad range of experience representing buyers, sellers, financial advisers, underwriters, funds and shareholders.
