Manager, HR Business Partner

Our client is leading, global law firm and a renowned brand with a people-centric approach. They are looking to hire a Manager, HRBP as part of their team supporting the Americas attorney population. This role will report to the Americas Head of HR and partner with an attorney population of ~300 in a highly visible seat.

The role will have a broad HR remit, partnering closely with HR COEs in a matrixed environment. The firm is seeking relevant HR experience in legal or professional services environments, and experience combining excellent technical HR skills with outstanding relationship building, communications and influencing abilities. 8+ years of experience is sought and this hire will already be operating at an HR Manager/HRBP level. The role is based in Midtown NYC with 3 days in office.
