Lawyer / Associate – Real Estate
About the Role
Join a leading independent law firm and work within a market-leading Property & Real Estate practice on complex and high-profile transactions. In this role, you will advise a diverse range of clients, including listed and private REITs, major corporates, private equity firms, super funds, developers, and financiers on:
- capital transactions, development, and investment structuring
- commercial, industrial, and retail leasing
- large-scale property acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
You will be part of a collaborative team in Melbourne, working on sophisticated commercial real estate matters that shape the property market.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for lawyers with:
- a minimum of 2 years of post-admission experience in real estate transactions
- strong knowledge of property law in real estate matters
- experience supporting large-scale transactions with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- a commercial mindset and ability to provide strategic advice to clients
- excellent academics
