Interim Statutory Accountant – 3 months
London based – 4 days in the office
£350 – £400 p/day umbrella
Are you a qualified Statutory Accountant looking for your next interim opportunity? I’m hiring for a leading real estate business that needs an experienced professional to support their financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and review statutory accounts under IFRS/UK GAAP
- Assist with year-end reporting and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Support the finance team in consolidations and technical accounting matters
- Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices
Required qualifications and skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in statutory reporting and audit processes
- Knowledge of real estate, property, or related industries is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
