This standalone role demands a confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong focus on compliance and employee engagement.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to manage the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll support, and policy development. As the primary HR contact for a diverse workforce across various divisions, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, connected, and well-supported team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to training, payroll, and policy implementation.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees across multiple divisions.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Provide support on employee benefits and payroll matters, ensuring accurate processing and updates.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team cohesion and morale.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification, with significant experience in managing an HR function independently.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Experience managing payroll and employee benefits systems.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships at all levels across the business.
- Ability to handle the full HR remit effectively.
- Previous experience in the design industry or a similar industry is advantageous.
