Conflicts & Compliance Lawyer

A leading global law firm is seeking a Conflicts & Compliance Lawyer to support its Office of the General Counsel in London. This role involves managing compliance programs, including conflicts and regulatory risk and maintaining expertise in legal ethics and professional responsibility across multiple jurisdictions. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and resolving ethical and business conflicts

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to professional responsibility

• Oversee risk management programs, including audits and contract reviews

• Review client engagement documents and outside counsel guidelines

• Support stakeholders in complex ethics and compliance queries

Qualifications & Skills:

• A qualified solicitor

• At least three years of post-qualification experience, ideally in conflicts or compliance within a law firm

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all levels
