Banking & Finance – Senior Associate
About the Role
Join a leading Banking & Finance team in Melbourne, working alongside Partners and experienced colleagues across the firm’s national offices. You’ll be involved in some of the most complex and significant transactions in the market, advising clients across sectors such as government, healthcare, infrastructure, media, and banking.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* advising on the structure and documentation for major projects
* acquisition and leveraged finance
* property finance transactions
* general corporate financing
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for lawyers who bring:
* strong experience in banking and finance matters
* the ability to manage significant transactions independently and proactively
* excellent communication skills with an interest in client engagement
* a commitment to mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth
