Our client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their corporate tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various federal book-to-tax difference adjustment calculations on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist with federal and state tax provisions, including active workpapers within OneSource Tax Provision.
  • Handle quarterly estimated payments and annual extensions for federal tax filings.
  • Research and interpret federal tax laws to ensure compliance and address tax positions proactively.
  • Respond to tax notices and communicate with federal and state tax authorities as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal finance and accounting teams to align tax strategy with business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state income tax principles.
  • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision is a major plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tax software.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ASC 740 computations and PeopleSoft general ledger is a plus.
